CommProve is announcing an extension of its partnership with Dhiraagu, the leading digital service provider in the Maldives.
CommProve’s next-generation Service Assurance Solution is going to provide Dhiraagu with a new way to assess the digital customer’s experience, support with QoS/QoE improvements and ultimately to enable them to ensure an excellent quality of their digital services.
Abdulla Firag, director of Networks at Dhiraagu commented: “Our vision is to enrich lives through digital services, and we are committed to provide innovative products and services to our customers. In providing these services, we want to ensure that our customers experience a superior quality of service. That is why we are strengthening our partnership and we are continuing to invest in CommProve’s customer experience monitoring solutions.
“Dhiraagu have been working with CommProve since 2013 and have always worked closely with the team as we have continuously transformed our network. This latest expansion with CommProve will provide us with a market leading CEM/SQM solution for full end to end visibility across our network down to the RAN. This expansion is the result of a competitive benchmark which has proven the solutions offered by CommProve are both market-leading and commercially viable.”
Darren Harding, VP Africa, added: “The new CommProve deployment will extend the existing Radio and Core network monitoring to include trace file analysis across 2G/3G/4G technologies and the associated services/procedures such as CS Fall-back and Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) as part of VoLTE service.
"CommProve’s next-generation Service Assurance Solution is going to provide to Dhiraagu a full suite of Analytics, focused on the latest digital services and applications as well as an End-to-End real-time root cause analysis, which will reduce the OPEX and MTTR in the landscape of Dhiraagu’s distributed network across the Maldivian islands providing significant operational savings.”
