ACT Fibernet (Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd.), a fibre-focused wired broadband ISP (Internet Service Provider), today announced the appointment of PVV Srinivasa Rao as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This move marks a new chapter in ACT Fibernet's journey toward innovation and excellence in the broadband industry.
In this role, Rao will guide ACT Fibernet into its next growth phase, continuing to build on the strategic focus areas of delivering incredibly fast speeds, superior customer experience, innovation, and category expansion. He brings over three decades of diverse experience across multiple categories and industries, with a proven track record in consumer goods, FMCG, and telecom sectors. Before joining ACT Fibernet, he was the Regional President of Asia for Mars.

The appointment comes as Bala Malladi, who has built and led ACT Fibernet with distinction for the past 16 years, steps down from his role. Under Malladi's visionary leadership, ACT Fibernet transformed from a startup into an industry leader. He will oversee the transition of leadership before his departure.
