TCS ‘Best in Class’ for Salesforce Implementation and Integration Services in Europe

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been recognised as ‘Best in Class’ in the 2018 PAC RADAR Salesforce Implementation and Integration Services in Europe, the highest level of recognition accorded by PAC (Pierre Audoin Consultants).

Akhilesh Tiwari, Global head, Enterprise Application Services at TCS, said: “Digital customer engagement is no longer a luxury, but a necessity for enterprises adapting to a Business 4.0 world, in the B2C as well as B2B contexts. The PAC’s ‘Best in Class’ recognition is a reflection of the breadth and depth of our Salesforce advisory, implementation and integration services, and the market success we have had.”

TCS offers a full, consulting-led suite of services related to the Salesforce platform. These range from business advisory services such as customer experience strategy and roadmaps, cloud strategy to implementation services, technology advisory services, managed services, platform optimization, and support. The organization’s capabilities span the entire Salesforce product suite from Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds, to new and emerging products like Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Salesforce IoT.

TCS has invested in creating centers of excellence around the various Salesforce products, resulting in a large pool of expertise around this platform. Consultants from these centers of excellence work with domain experts from our various industry solution units to combine technology depth with contextual knowledge and industry expertise to envision and develop innovative pre-defined solutions, frameworks and accelerators – such as the ones for contact center transformation, lightning migrations and legacy CRM migrations – aligned to customer and market needs.

These offerings are further augmented through a network of alliances with Salesforce ISV partners whose products augment Salesforce’s offerings in specific business and industry domains.
