Swiggy, one of India’s largest food ordering and delivery platforms, announced the launch of its food-themed stickers called Foodiemojis.
The Swiggy stickers are designed in a way that users can share them in their daily conversations with friends and family on popular chat apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Google Hangout, Hike, etc. Developed by Emojifi, the stickers help hungry food lovers convey their moods through animated stickers like party time, let’s hang (over a cup of coffee), where is the food (WTF) and order like a boss.
Given that Swiggy, and online food ordering and delivery is a growing lifestyle among urban Indians, the series also includes stickers for a variety of food items like pastries, biryani, tacos and food for the health conscious.

They can now express their love for food in a quick and fun way, just like they do through Swiggy.”

According to Maheshwari, unlike emojis that require users to download a separate keyboard for every brand, Swiggy stickers can be downloaded on the Emojifi platform and used across chat apps of the user’s choice.
The Swiggy Foodiemojis that has over 30 stickers will be available on the Emojifi app, and can be downloaded for free on Android and iOS. How Swiggy stickers work:Users need to install the Emojifi app on their phones and download the Swiggy Foodiemojis from the sticker library.
Emoticons are suggested LIVE depending on the words typed in the chat box without the hassle of sifting through the various emojis.
Swiggy’s stickers will also be suggested when the user types food-focused words like hungry, party, pizza delivery etc., which they can share with their friends and family within the chat app. All this, without disrupting user experience.
