London Most Exposed City to Cyber Attack in Europe

A study has found that London and Berlin are the two most vulnerable cities to potential cyber-attacks with millions of electronic devices exposed.

Cesare Garlati, chief security strategist at the prpl Foundation, said: "The IoT revolution has already happened, with connected devices found at work and at home. The security failures within today’s IoT devices are well documented, so it is understandable that the industry has displayed its concerns.

"We need to come together as an industry and rethink our approach to securing and managing these devices before they are turned into weapons against us. Best security practises should be explained to every employee regarding the issues and dangers of having an unsecured device on the company network."
