Centile, one of Europe’s leading providers of cloud PBX, unified communications and collaboration for service providers, has announced that it is working with Transatel, the highly successful European mobile solution enabler. The aim of this collaboration is to give service providers mobile PBX and fixed mobile convergence services to their business customers and resellers in the UK.
As a launchpad for this working relationship in the UK, the two organisations are co-exhibiting on stand 552 at Channel Live, 12-13 September 2017, at the NEC in Birmingham.
Fundamental to how Centile and Transatel can jointly support U.K. service providers - or resellers wishing become service providers - are the Centile ISTRA Cloud PBX solution and Transatel's MVNO capabilities.
"Together, Transatel and Centile can help telecom service providers of all kinds add value, extend the range of services they can give their customers, all from an easily managed cloud-based platform," says Justin Hamilton-Martin, UK Business Development director. "Plus, through Transatel, they have access to the best mobile network in the UK."
Transatel and Centile already have a long-standing working relationship in mainland Europe. Hamilton-Martin added: "We’ve long been making the idea of ‘mobile first’ - just one phone for fixed and mobile calls - a reality on the continent. We’re now extending that FMC experience in the UK."
Services supported by the ISTRA platform include PBX features, unified messaging, auto attendant, voicemail to email, boss/secretary filtering, call barring, groups management, IVRs, ACDs, audio and video conferencing with screen and file sharing, and presence.
With built-in FMC, the solution also enables enterprises to benefit from innovative features such as: Call Line Identity (CL) for both fixed and mobile outgoing calls; convergence voicemail; mobile phone status; convergent calls history; self-care for both fixed and mobile lines; and voice call continuity.
