In a move that is potentially one of the biggest digital transformations in the retail sector, Ace Turtle, Asia’s leading omnichannel platform company announced the launch of SmartMall, the first of its kind omnichannel solution for malls in Asia.

For receiving the order, the customer can either avail the "Click & Collect" facility or the order can be shipped from the store to the customer's home.
SmartMall through Ace Turtle’s omnichannel platform Rubicon will also enable malls access to virtual inventory, catalogue, fulfilment capability of 50+ enterprise brands present on Ace Turtle’s platform. This will allow Mall’s customer to buy products from brands, even though they do not have an outlet inside the mall.
Nitin Chhabra, CEO, Ace Turtle, said: “Going omnichannel is the next progressive steps for malls in Asia. Over the years, while working with enterprise retail brands, we have realized the importance of building a solution that can significantly enhance the omnichannel capability of malls.
“Smart integration and allocation of inventory, catalogue and logistics is essential to build a strong omnichannel strategy. Our technology platform is the only one in Asia that enables seamless enablement of all these three levers and we are confident that Ace Turtle SmartMall, will play a critical role in accelerating the omnichannel journey of some of the leading malls in Asia.”
